Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mandoob to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of local laws, regulations, and procedures in the specific location. As a Mandoob, you will be responsible for handling all government-related documentation, permits, and licenses. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to navigate government agencies efficiently. The Mandoob will work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with all legal requirements and maintain a smooth workflow.Responsibilities:

  1. Handle all government-related documentation, permits, and licenses.
  2. Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and procedures.
  3. Submit and follow up on visa applications, labor contracts, and other necessary documents.
  4. Liaise with government agencies and authorities to resolve any issues or inquiries.
  5. Maintain accurate records of all documentation and transactions.
  6. Stay updated on changes in local laws and regulations that may affect the company.
  7. Coordinate with internal departments to gather required documents and information.
  8. Assist with the preparation and submission of reports to government agencies.
  9. Ensure timely renewal of permits and licenses.
  10. Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Proven experience as a Mandoob or in a similar role.
  3. Deep understanding of local laws, regulations, and procedures.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  6. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. Proficient in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  8. Knowledge of government agencies and procedures in the specific location.
  9. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  10. Proficient in using computer applications and technology.
