Real Estate Company Wants to Hire a Property Manager to Operate in Britain, US, Germany & Canada.

Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of properties under your management.
Managing property budgets, including rent collection and payments to vendors.
Screening potential tenants and managing lease agreements.
Responding to tenant inquiries and concerns.
Supervising property staff, including maintenance personnel and leasing agents.
Marketing and promoting properties to attract tenants.
Conducting regular inspections of properties to ensure they are safe and up to code.
Enforcing property rules and regulations.
Developing and implementing property policies and procedures.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records.
Negotiating and managing contracts with vendors and suppliers.
Developing and managing capital improvement projects.
