PROPERTY COORDINATORGood knowledge of the Property Coordinator operations? Assist property manager in preparing operating cost escalations.? Routine property inspections to identify DNF and report wrong practices to the property manager.? Assist property manager in processing, insurance, lease, rent and other billings to tenants?PROPERTY MANAGERResponsible for leasing residential and commercial units, Prospect Tenant?s viewing and site visits?
