Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. to offer them property consultancy services
Conduct price negotiations with property agents on behalf of a client to reach a favorable bargain.
Should be aware of all existing and upcoming properties status, facilities, amenities, locations, prices, etc.
Provide reports to company management on leads, ongoing inquiries, closed deals.
Stay up to date with all promotions/leasing offers set by company.
Manage through the leasing process: communication with client, viewing, negotiation process, explain rent terms and payments, security deposit and other applicable fees to the client
Always maintain company?s customer service and sales standards.
