  • Create and manage marketing strategies to promote properties on various platforms.
  • Guide and assist clients with their real estate inquiries via face-to-face, phone call or email.
  • Understand and recognize clients? needs and financials capacity to suggest solutions that suit them.
  • Handle negotiation processes, consult clients on market environment, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
  • Introduce properties to potential buyers and renters.
  • Recommend properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
Requirements:
  • Currently residing in Qatar
  • Strong in sales, negotiating, presenting, and strong in communication skills
  • Pleasant and trustworthy
  • Team leader and can work in a fast phase community.
  • With Qatar Driving License
  • Any Nationalities are welcome to apply
Notes:Salary is on Commission Basis
