Roles & ResponsibilitiesREFRACTORY (ABF PROJECT) WE ARE RECRUITING AN EXPERIENCED SITE MANAGER FOR A MAJOR ANODE BAKING FURNACE (ABF) REFRACTORY PROJECT IN QATAR. Experience Requirements: Min 8 years of experience in refractory projects Min 5 years of experience in ABF refractory projects/ABF Height Increase Projects Key Responsibilities ? Manage and supervise all refractory installation activities ? Coordinate manpower, materials, subcontractors, and client inspections ? Monitor project progress and prepare daily reports ? Resolve site-related issues and ensure smooth execution ? Lead site teams and maintain effective client communication Required Skills: ? Strong technical knowledge of ABF refractory installation ? Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills ? Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities ? Proficient in Microsoft Office Diploma or Bachelor?s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or a related Engineering disciplineDesired Candidate ProfileAnode Baking Furnace Experience, ABF Experience.
