? Collect drawings and take quantities from drawing/site before starting of a project.? Prepares supporting documents before making invoice by coordinating with Supervisor/Engineer and Client QS.?Prepares weekly reports and submit to the Executive Manager.?Prepares monthly invoices for all projects and disinfection.?Prepares monthly invoice forecast.?Following up of Payment Certificate from the client after the submittal of invoice.?Prepares Payment Certificate for the sub contractors.?Facilitates technical requirements for the invoice of the sub-contractors.?Prepares Wok Acceptance Sheet for the works accomplished on sites for invoice attachment.?Construct drawing for project requirements before the start of the project.?Prepares Purchase Orders Sub contractor works.?Checking the quantity of works accomplished on site.?Conducts regular site inspections to check and validate the accomplishments of the projects.?Estimates materials needed on-site and for the new projects.?Inspects works relating to each area of construction and as directed by the projects manager.?Inspects new sites for quantity estimation before submitting quantities to the sales department.
