Roles & ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Executionú Lead project planning activities including scope, schedule, cost, and resource allocation.ú Develop and monitor the master construction schedule.ú Coordinate structural, architectural, and MEP works.ú Ensure effective sequencing of high-rise activities (foundation, superstructure, fa‡ade, MEP, finishing).Budget & Cost Controlú Prepare and manage project budgets.ú Monitor cash flow and cost forecasts.ú Review subcontractor payments and variations.ú Control project expenditures and minimize cost overruns.3. Contract & Commercial Managementú Review contract documents, drawings, and specifications.ú Manage change orders, claims, and variations.ú Coordinate with consultants and clients on technical approvals.ú Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.4.
