Job Title: Project Manager (Banking Sector)Location: QatarWe are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and aligned with specifications. This role is essential to driving strategic initiatives within our organization.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery within established timelines and budgets.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Allocate resources, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Communicate project status and resolutions to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the banking sector.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Educational Qualifications:
  • University graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or any related technical discipline.
  • Master?s degree in management/technology or any other related discipline is an added advantage.
