This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.The Role

  • Develop comprehensive communication strategies that align with client goals and enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of PR and communication campaigns, ensuring all activities meet project objectives and client expectations.
  • Engage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of press releases, media kits, social media content, and other communication materials, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans to effectively manage and mitigate potential PR issues.
  • Track and analyse media coverage to measure the impact of communication efforts and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results.
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
  • Compile and present detailed reports on project performance, including metrics on media reach, engagement, and overall impact, to clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify potential risks to project success and develop strategies to mitigate these risks, ensuring projects stay on track.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Fluent in Arabic and English with significant experience in the GCC region, particularly in Qatar.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong track record of successful projects.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, preferably within the government sector.
