JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / ROLE ? Leading the Supervision Consultancy team consisting of Architects, Civil Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Planners, Quantity Surveyors, Document Controllers, etc.? Monitor project progress and ensure that it meets its objectives and stays on schedule? Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed? Communicate project status, updates and changes to stakeholders and team members? Collaborate with multiple Contractors to ensure effective project delivery? Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and Client expectations? Conduct project evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement? Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, reports and presentations? Coach and mentor team members to ensure project success? Maintain a strong understanding of project scope, objectives and requirements? Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards
