Job Description

About the role:You will manage the project development and delivery of project scopes and schedules within HIA and DIA facilities, to ensure effective and efficient completion to time, cost and quality, in alignment with the Project Management Institute (PMI) standards and the HIA projects Standard Operation Procedure (SOP).Accountabilities:

  • Prepare delivery strategies for the complete life cycle for all managed projects, by developing plans for each phase, to ensure the completion of projects to time, quality and cost.
  • Ensure the relevant project stakeholders, are appropriately engaged throughout the project life cycle, by preparing a stakeholder RACI matrix and communication plan.
  • Prepare technical and financial forecasts to build the capital expenditure plan, by determining all managed project statements of requirement through regular effective engagement with the HIA strategy team, to ensure funding availability and support business decision making.
  • Validate all project deliverables are met and approved, by completing an evaluation against the contractual requirements to support the financial and contractual close out.
