Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Establish Professional relationships with customers to ensure customer happiness
  • Ensure preparation of the baseline project documents, maintained, made available to all parties concerned and effectively used (handling the project)
  • Work with COM on SIOP for Project Management / Engineering resources on a monthly basis
  • You will plan assigned projects correctly and run during execution
  • Liaise with Technical Managers/Engineering Manager for project resources from Front Office and Back Office
  • Monitor and control the financial status of the project (EAC, billings, cost, budgets, achievement payments, rebates, warranty)
  • Accurately report the status (financial, resources, technical issues, customer happiness) of assigned projects
  • Execute the process of scope definition and change control, including estimating and negotiations of contract/scope variations (change orders)
  • You should identify significant potential risks (technical or other) and establish and execute detailed risk plans and realize opportunities
  • Apply applicable Honeywell QA and project management procedures/ methods. Work well with Global Engineering Services (GES) on resource mobilization, and ensure quality of all the work youre doing
  • You work with aftermarket service organization to establish projects are properly closed out
  • Work with sales (on request) to ensure that project proposals are supported with proposal work, risk/ opportunity, estimate, Project Execution Plan, schedule, cost estimates
  • To deploy Honeywell Operating System within operations
  • Expand our domain knowledge within operations and ability to deliver One Honeywell solutions
  • Roll out lessons learnt within Honeywell community including sales and estimation
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities in complex situations, processes and systems, assimilating data, analysis & development of strategies to improve business systems, processes in production methods.
