Job Missions: ????????Service Duty????Responsible for all incoming and outgoing correspondence and allocates and/or responds.??Issue of Material Procurement Schedule??Overall responsibility for Safety on the project, through the implementation of procedures.??Overall responsibility for ensuring works are performed in accordance with the specifications and approved drawings, in a timely manner within the time of completion.??Overall responsibility for maintaining the contract program.??Issue design and drawing submittals to Engineer?s Representative for approval and response to comments.??Preparation of Monthly Report and all other progress reports to Engineer?s Representative.??Manage project budget??Manage project resource allocation??Preparation of Monthly Payment Certificate??Expediting design information from the Design Teams for submittal in coordination with the Design Coordination.??Track project deliverables using appropriate tools??Provide direction and support to project team and to supervise while the team members are working efficiently??Overall responsibility for ensuring the Material Requisition Record Sheet is completed correctly by incorporating the required certification.??Appraising the Engineer?s Representative in advance about the delivery dates of all materials/equipment to be incorporated into the permanent works.??Approval of Work Procedures and Method statements prior to issuing to Engineer?s Representative.??Ensuring all staff are qualified and properly trained.??Appointment of Independent Third-Party Agencies in accordance with Contract Documents.??Obtaining all permits from Local Authorities for all the Buildings.??Implementation of Project Quality Plan, including responding to Engineer?s Representative?s findings by Corrective and Preventive Action Request.??Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions??Project evaluations and assessment of results.??Security & Safety???Be well-familiar with the Company policies and procedures??Be well-acquainted with the physical layout of the Company and its premises, and knowledgeable of the Company emergency procedures in regard to fire, medical, bomb threat, black-out and evacuation?Other Responsibilities???Ensures that confidential records and other confidential information is properly safeguarded and is not removed from the office.??Do not disclose any financial information or any other information of the Company to a competitor.??Carry out any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Managing Director or Operations Manager from time to time.
