The competent shall be a graduate in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering from a recognized university with minimum 15 years experience working with EPC contractor (Min 5 yrs GCC experience as an Projects Manager Oil & Gas/ similar position) in the Oil & Gas or in a similar facility. He should come aross managerial position covering all aspects of the project, handling client independently on the project, attend meetings, design, technical support and a strong decission maker. Age level (37 - 45)
