Job Description

Job SpecificationResponsible for the overall planning, management andexecution of multiple Brownfield modification/retrofit projects per ProjectManagement System (QGPMS) while adhering to Safety, Health and Environment(SHE), Quality, Cost, Schedule, Business Controls and regulatory-bodiesrequirements related to Offshore and Onshore facilities.Key JobAccountabilities

  • Leads a team of support-functional personnel includingEngineering, QA/QC,SHE,Construction & Interface,Project Planning &Services and various departments while interfacing with other departmentswithin Company in executing the projects consistent with QGPMS and ProjectObjectives & Strategies (POS) resulting in safe and reliable onshore andoffshore facilities.
  • Works effectively on projects in a highly dynamicteam-environment that have tight-deadlines, high pressure and visibility whilerequiring great accuracy, initiative and the ability to multi-tasks.
  • Manages thechallenges of delivering multiple critical shutdown projects with complexengineering considerations, working to very short deadlines for providingnecessary data while meeting excellence in reporting and transparency to allstakeholders.
  • Under time pressure to reprioritize tasks as well as toanalyse effectively and decide on all information relevant to projectexecution, that affect the running facilities operation and Companysproduction and reputation, especially ensuring timely delivery of Shutdownmaterial and on-time execution of all Shutdown-related projects.
