In charge of Project Controls activities and lead the Project Controls team
Lead development of Project Controls execution for CPP Package
Supervision of project controls activities, and other services for the CPP package: Cost control, Budgeting, Contracts, Planning and scheduling, risks, Administration, Personnel coordination, IT etc.
Supervision of cost engineering activities including development and implementation of CPP cost control systems, invoice processing activities, monthly cost reporting, trending, FAC Analysis, cost variance analysis, funding budgets and cash forecast
Supervision of cost estimating/forecasting activities including periodic project re-estimates
Supervision of planning & scheduling activities including detailed project schedules, progress and performance monitoring, schedule deviations.
