Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HVAC Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will manage the planning, execution, and completion of HVAC projects. This role involves coordinating with clients, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all phases of HVAC projects, from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare and review project documentation, including proposals, contracts, and reports.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays; implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.
