Job Description

Urgently required PROJECT COORDINATOR with mandatory experienced in Exhibition & Events CompanyCandidates must have valid Qatar ID and can Join Immediately.Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, coordinate and direct special events.
  • Act as event liaison between the client and vendors, donors, etc.
  • Generate all correspondence to internal and external communications.
  • Develop concepts and design, and coordinate mailings of Promotional materials and invitations and direct logistical planning.
  • Support coordination of Marketing activities & social media platform including Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, and website content.
  • Maintain records on events activities, progress, status and post event summary.
  • Attend event to oversee activities and ensure details are handled as planned.
  • Develop and maintain an extensive network of contacts both internal & external to facilitate event coordination.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested by direct managers and supervisors.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team everyday on the confirmed sessions of interviews.
  • To update the calendar activities on a daily basis
  • Liaise with the design team (Photographer,/Videographer) on the confirmed appointments for shooting requirements and schedules.
  • Check with the Sales team if client has any specific requirements prior interview meetings and talks.
  • Coordinate with the clients point of contract for meeting locations, schedule and etc.
  • Represent the Company in a very professional way.
