Job Description

This role will act as the SPOC between Enterprise Customers and the various VF teams during the Build phase (from contract signature to customer acceptance).Responsibilities

  • Manage all stages of the project cycle for Enterprise Fixed Customers within agreed time, quality and budget plan
  • Quality acceptance by customer of all deliverables up to and including first bill check.
  • Manage the identification and mitigation of risks, issues and dependencies for each project and ensure delivery
  • Lead and manage escalations/critical tasks and ensure delivery as per the requirements
  • Maintain and update a database of project related documents.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degre in Telecommunications / Computer Science / Engineering.
  • Prince2 or PMP/PMI certified
  • Minimum 5 years project management experience in a telecommunications or IT environment.
  • Should have good understanding of MPLS, SDWAN, IOT, Contact Center, Security Solutions related technologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Extensive vendor management experience.
  • The individual must have excellent and impactful communication, inter-personal and presentation skills.
