  • Provides generally non routine cost engineering/planning and scheduling guidance.
  • Executes effective project controls measures for large or major project/program in accordance with project controls best practice approach
  • Manages preparation of project cost status reports for the assigned project/program.
  • Reviews contract drafts for adequacy of cost and scope definition and Project Controls requirements.
  • Coordinates development of all data in support of negotiations and on-going contract administration.
  • Directs project control activities. Develops, interprets, and executes policy, objectives, and standards applicable to cost and schedule control and analysis activities.
  • Prepares the Project Controls Plan for assigned project/program
PROFILE:
  • BSc or Master?s degree in engineering fields or equivalent
  • 10: 12 years of work experience preferably in a railway environment.
  • Expert level of knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and commissioning work processes.
  • Knowledge of engineering and construction management customarily acquired over time through specialised instruction or practical experience.
