The incumbent will contribute to the organization by supporting the organization in ERP Workforce Planning & Resourcing modules, and to act as Workforce Planning & Resourcing modules subject matter expert by being responsible to provide functional and business process improvement supportAbility to understand ERP application architecture and coordinate with DBA and Network team to maintain application integrity.Conduct High-level analysis of the ERP system including diagnosis and solving of problems such as interface and integration issues.?Manage the maintenance and administration of the ERP Workforce Planning & Resourcing database and ensure that all employee information are properly organized, stored and updated on the ERP system.Works Closely with all the Workforce Planning & Resourcing and HR sections, Finance, Performance Evaluation and Workforce Training departments to ensure system performance and continuous improvement.?Closely work with the Various Workforce Planning & Resourcing Staff to identify their needs in line with the ERP System and take necessary steps in arranging such requirements?
