Production SupervisorJob Location : Doha, QatarKey Responsibilities :•Supervise PET bottle and 5-gallon water filling lines, ensuring schedules, quality, and efficient raw material usage. Manage changeovers, startups, and shutdowns.•Maintain product quality and compliance with safety regulations. Monitor checkpoints (bottle integrity, sealing, labeling, coding, water purity) and coordinate with QA to resolve issues.•Oversee proper machine operation, report faults, ensure preventive maintenance, and assist in troubleshooting to reduce downtime.•Lead and supervise staff, assign tasks, track attendance, enforce policies, provide training, and motivate teams to achieve production targets.•Enforce HACCP/ISO standards, conduct safety briefings, ensure PPE compliance, and investigate incidents or safety violations.•Prepare daily reports, maintain production and maintenance records, and support planning and inventory control.Qualifications :•Minimum 3-5 years of experience in water bottling or beverage manufacturing (PET & 5 gallons preferred).•Strong knowledge of water bottling processes, blow molding, filling, capping, labeling, and packaging equipment.•Familiarity with HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety regulations.•Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.•Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).•Proficient in MS Office and production reporting tools.Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
