Consolidate and analyze the daily production report versus plan and coordinate the inputs from operations to assist Production Planning in making any required modifications to subsequent daily plans in order to support the achievement of monthly sales order requirements.
Coordinate with departments including Steel Making, Iron Making, and Rolling Mill to ensure a consistent and uninterrupted production flow.
Coordinate the feedback to operations in issuing the production plan in order to ensure daily production activities are effectively planned and controlled.
Coordinate the feedback to consumptions and inventory levels against the production plan in order to ensure daily status reports on key KPI?s.
Responsible to change SBR based on the raw material availability to ensure smooth production in coordination with process engineer
Review and monitor production plans to ensure daily activities are efficient, minimizing issues such as overstock, obsolescence, stockouts, and unused capacity.
Assist with feedback to the weekly production meeting on the plant performance.
Prepare the monthly production performance reports for Operations (DR, EF, CC and RM).
Regularly analyze actual production performance against plans and forecasts on a monthly basis.
Collaborate with the Production Planner to update and align the monthly production plan for manufacturing units (DR, EF, CC, RM) to meet sales orders and production targets.
