Procurement OfficerJob Location : Doha, QatarQualifications :•Should possess minimum 3+ years as Procurement Officer including Qatar market.•Must possess good exposure within Qatar market & International procurement.•Immediate joiners highly preferred.•Must be Locally available in QATAR with valid Qatar ID.Responsibilities :•Identify vendors and negotiate purchase conditions with approved suppliers.•Process the purchase request from different companies and departments.•Follow up with vendors and finalize purchase orders.•Prepare purchase orders and send it to suppliers•Monitor delivery of goods, and process payments as per the LPO terms and conditions.•Provide analytical reports related to the procurement functions.•Maintain ongoing surveillance of the market, monitors price trends and keep abreast of supplies developments.•Abide by all group policies and procedures.
