Job Description

  • Receives, coordinates, creates and generates Purchase Orders using SAP
  • Collects & Evaluates quotations, agreements (supply), blanket orders
  • Coordinates procurements related to Projects (Civil, HVAC & Electrical)
  • Ensures proper placement of orders and collection/delivery of orders
  • Receives and entertains vendor visits to strengthen future negotiations
  • Prepares/Plots cost analysis
  • Monitors proper endorsement of Invoices to accounts for timely settlement of payment
  • Updates Vendor list
  • Negotiates/Process agreements or blanket orders
