Looking for Procurement Manger who has experience in Fitout, Trading and Contracting and FF&E.?Role and Responsibilities ? Knowledge of Strategic Sourcing/Procurement /Logistics processes and methodologies ? Develop procurement sourcing lists and manage supplier contracts. ? Conduct comprehensive supplier analysis, monitor supplier relationship programs to ensure service levels are met and identify key performance indicators to drive business value. ? Responsible to ensure a timely delivery providing transparency and predictability to Project and Procurement processes ? Responsible for the development of the overall FF&E I OS&E Procurement Plan or supply via General Contractor. ? In conjunction with the Design and Project Teams and facility Operator develop and agree FF&E and OS&E Material Requisition List, together with individual specifications. ? Participate in budget development, ensuring that a design to budget mentality is maintain throughout the process and value for money and fit for purpose are key drivers ? Participate in the FF&E I OS&E value engineering activities of the design I project teams and the Operator. ? Agrees on behalf of the company Bidder and suppliers list by Material Requisition. ? Responsible to research, identify and develop FF&E and OS&E commodity and Specialised products sourcing strategies that meet operational aspects, price, quality, value and standards its operating brands. ? Responsible for developing a recommendation with regards engaging a specialist FF&E installation contractor or relying on the General contractor, taking into account the views of the Project Team and the Operator. ? Responsible for the development of the Quality & Inspection Plan, based on critically criteria and an assessment of Procurement Agent, interior designer, architects? capabilities and those of independent third-party inspectors. ? Procurement responsibility to ensures Quality and Inspection Plan is fully implemented via thorough inspection and reviewing of vendor quality manufacturing methods, attending pre manufacturing kick-off meetings for key I critical items, visit manufacturing locations at critical milestones; including specification review, product samples, mockups , production, finishing, packaging and shipping stages. ? Ensures communication and interpretation of specifications are fully understood by manufacturers ? Ensures vendors and manufacturers uphold global human rights standards for social awareness and safe working conditions ? Works cross-functionally to achieve sourcing goals, including budget, plan and lead time
