? Ensuring accuracy of the customers LPO?s and if needed, contact the concerned salesperson to sort out any discrepancies.? Preparing sales order confirmation in line with the Zahrawi checklist.? Ensuring all FOC sales orders must have the Line Manager?s approval.? Maintaining a sales log on a day to day basis for LWF order received and updating NetSuite when LPO is received.? Setting up deliveries for orders as per the contract with the MOH.? Ensuring that there is sufficient inventory of sales materials and supplies and ensuring that all sales representatives have an adequate inventory of these materials on-hand.? Coordinating with the Finance Department for new customer account and Gross Profits & Margin.? Providing support and assistance to fellow team members/departments, as and when needed to meet Zahrawi?s goals.? Responsible for effectively presenting information and respond to questions from colleagues.? Responsible for proper and effective business correspondence and communication.? Identifying problems and addressing it to the Line Manager.
