• Identify, solicit and select reliable contractors to supply consultant, specialty and construction services to support project execution.
• Negotiate terms & conditions, prepare contracts, and support Sub-contracts Manager to monitor contractor performance and delivery of services to meet objectives.
• Review agreed approvals and supporting documentation for payment of invoices to ensure the required services to Worleyand its customers.
• Support the Senior Contracts Specialists in delivery of their requirement
• Support preparation of RFQs and coordinate the process of technical and commercial evaluation
• Reviewing and recommending contractors change requests and claims
• Manage and maintain effective and accurate records of all project contractual and commercial documentation;
• Ensure management costs reports are properly prepared that accurately reflect the actual and budget position of projects
• Analyzing and reporting on consultants and contractors cost reports, cash flows and monthly and weekly reports
• Review and recommend payments for contractors

Essential Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in the relevant discipline, in the same or similar industry, includingexperience in brownfield project
• Minimum 8+ years of project execution experience in the oil and gas and/or construction industries

Education ? Qualifications, Accreditation, Training

• University degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Business Management, Business Law or similar
• Relevant post-graduate qualification and/or contracts management industry accreditation is desirable
