Job Description

Process Automation AnalystResponsibilities will include but may not be limited to:To automate the finance business processes in collaboration with ITC for achieving digital transformation for improving efficiency and optimizing the costsMain Task to execute

  • Perform analysis of business and the departmental processes
  • Lead the automation of all finance processes for digital transformation in collaboration with IT and relevant stakeholder
  • Conduct testing of the developed processes for its efficiency and accuracy prior to get its implemented
  • Carry out data analysis to ensure data integrity and accuracy from different application sources for various types of financial and operational reports
  • Create new reporting models which combine and summarize data from multiple sources and lead the automation
  • Design and automate financial reports/dashboards that provide insight and support business decisions
  • Follow up with relevant departments for ensuring the automation within deadline
  • Perform testing of developed reports for its accuracy in collaboration with IT, Finance and different operational Business Units.
  • Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes throughout.
ProfileTo be successful in this role, you will also need to demonstrate the following:
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of professional and managerial experience with a focus on report Automation of Finance and Accounting area.
  • Ability to develop strong relationship with all stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of reporting designing and Automation.
  • History of independently managing a team and delivery a large scale of projects
  • Ability to manage the time, priorities tasks, self-review work and produce the deliverable of high quality under the tight deadline.
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills
  • High degree of numeracy and analytical thinking.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Knowledge in SAP (Finance function)
QualificationsBachelor?s Degree in accounting and FinanceChartered Qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA)SAP certification ? Compulsory
