Position: Printing Press ManagerWe are looking for 7 to 15 years experienced Printing press manager who can handle below profile independently.Position: Manager Printing PressQualification: Engineering /any bachelor or Master DegreeWork Experience: 7 to 15 years.Nationality: AnyPreference: Who are already in Qatar and search of job.Major Job Responsibilities & Duties:-? Printing press operations.? Negotiates with vendors and purchase the best option, ensuring best total value and Analyze and evaluate cost factors.? Ensures that equipment is well maintained and available when needed.? Monitors quality of product to uphold company standards.? Establish/maintain good working relationships with vendors and customers.? Manages and monitors press schedules, and ensures that deadlines are met. Communicates efficiently with scheduling department.? Production management.? Conducts daily production meetings? Monitors incoming orders, as well as those in production? Follows systems and procedures according to the company manuals? Monitors all orders to ensure high quality that meets customer expectations? Determines and sets priorities for the production team? Schedules pickups and deliveries? Stays aware of all job deadlines and requirements to ensure the most efficient delivery schedule possible? Orders stock and supplies as needed, coordinating and managing inventory to ensure minimum waste and spoilage? Rejects poor quality or incorrect jobs and schedules them to be redone when necessary? Initiates employee appraisals and disciplinary measures according to company policy? Creates employee schedule? Handles routine questions and requests by customers? Helps customers by taking orders and processing accordingly, which may include over the counter or by fax, telephone, or internet? Accepts and produces copy jobs as needed?
