Job Description

Job Overview:The role is for a Principal Architectural Designer with particular responsibility for the architectural design and procurement of buildings for: Onshore Oil & Gas, LNG and Renewables Industry projects. Offshore developments, i.e. Living Quarters and other buildings/ built form. The work will encompass all design phases of project delivery, from Concept and FEED design through Detail Design, Supplier management and Fabrication/ Construction support.The successful candidate will assume the role of Architectural Lead Designer on key projects and act as the focal point within the office for Architectural matters, including recruitment and bid proposals for future work.Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Work as a Lead designer.
  • Prepare Architectural GAs, floor plans, elevations, sections, and various details. Prepare room finish schedule, door & window schedules, furniture fixture schedules.
  • Conduct 3D modeling and attend model review meetings.
  • Receive supervision and instruction from Lead Architectural engineer and prepare Architectural deliverables, coordinate with designers from other disciplines.
  • should also be capable in 3D Modeling, as 2D drawings will be extracted from 3D Model
  • Range of experience : 5 to 20 years? experience , if less than 15 year we put them under senior designer grade
  • 3D modeling : S3D / E3D
  • 2D drawing : autocad / microstation
  • Offshore living quarter / building experience
Essential Qualifications and Education:
  • College / High school graduate or diploma in drafting, equivalent knowledge of 10 to 15 years of applicable experience.
  • In addition, 8 to 10 years of architectural work experience.
