Operations

Plan the assigned job and set priorities.
Review client artwork to ensure no technical printing errors.
Finalize client provided artwork using designing software.
Ensure that all artwork received from client meet the required specification.
Coordinate with client to clarify artwork ambiguity and suggest improvement if needed.
Fix technical printing error/s on client artwork.
Make Impositions, Proofing and Outputting plates on CTP machine.
Obtain approval of the final artwork through authorized personnel
Make the final arrangement for production process within the job guidelines.
Control the plates and confirm for printing.
Coordinate with the Production team any special requirement for printing or finishing.
Designing of artworks
Update/Monitor ERP transactions related to Prepress.
