Job Description

-To coordinate and carry out daily activities related to Offshore Port operations. Coordinate with Ports, Terminals, Vessel Masters and Principals and carry out the daily activities while assuring that targets are met within the specified allocated times and at required levels of delivery, productivity, quality and safety standards and continuously optimizing the assigned resources.????????Execute the daily operations in the area(s) within the scope(s) of responsibility in line with defined ?targets.????????Ensure smooth handling of all types of ship: Containers / RORO / General Cargo/ Bulk / Tug& Barge/ Tankers/ Yachts/ Cruise.????????Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure effective running of operations.????????To Co-ordinate and communicate with all concerned parties: Sea Port Terminals, Principals, Ship Master, Government Authorities, Customers, suppliers, Vendors, Ship Owners, internal departments: Import/ Export Depts and CS and Clearance teams.

  • Ensure that all required information and reports are kept up-to-date and archived as per the adopted standards for the area(s) within the scope of responsibility.
????????To ensure 24*7 presence within the scope(s) of responsibility to cover-up the requirements of all entities.Perform other related duties or assignments as directed by the direct supervisor.Accountabilities:-??????Accuracy of all prepared reports within the assigned area(s) of responsibility.??????Timely execution of tasks and reliability of the out-come.??????Achievement of assigned productivity, efficiency, cost reduction targets and KPIs.??????Achievement of Principals? KPIs.??????Compliance with statutory requirements within the scope of responsibility.. Effective closure of Non Conformances within the scope of responsibility.
