Ensures proper implementation of all Company procedures within the PMV department, especially the PMV-related procedures.
2. Assists the Project Managers in the development of project-specific PMV Procedures if required.3. Responsible for specifying the needs of the PMV presence in projects depending on the conditions of each project.4. Supervises the process of setting up the PMV shops on sites to enable smooth commencement and continuation of Project activities.5. Monitors the operation of all Company equipment and miscellaneous service equipment through various control measures and ensures optimum operational status and deployment.6. Assumes Responsibility for Project Mobilization. Reviews project contract and Plant List and arrange the necessary logistics for transferring the plant to a specific Project Site.7. Monitors Plant operating and maintenance costs and productivity and performs analyses to identify trends and make recommendations for rectifying variances or irregularities.8. Monitors equipment inspection frequency to ensure Third Party and ISO Certification requirements are met.9. Maintains Plant market knowledge and contacts to keep up withdevelopments, obtain realistic offers for evaluation, and approvepurchases within the level of delegated authority.10. Prepares Plant studies, including the production of Engineering and workshop drawings within own discipline, to substantiate recommended Plant selection.11. Provides high-level technical advice to solve complex plant problems and assist subordinates.
