Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plumber to join our team. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial and residential properties. Additionally, the Plumber may also work on new construction projects and ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.Job Responsibility:- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures, including pipes, sinks, toilets, showers, water heaters, and water tanks- Inspect plumbing systems and identify leaks, clogs, or other issues- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing problems and provide effective solutions- Cut, bend, and thread pipes using hand or power tools- Install and connect different types of plumbing fixtures, such as faucets, showers, and toilets- Collaborate with other team members, such as electricians and carpenters, to ensure coordinated work on construction projects- Interpret blueprints and follow building codes and safety regulations when working on new construction or renovation projects- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project- Educate clients on proper maintenance practices and offer recommendations for improving plumbing systems
