FINANCIAL:

Develop annual budget for the Division in conjunction with other Divisions.
Manage Division within the approved budget.
Report against budgets and manage the required measures developed to achieve agreed targets.
Develop and maintain appropriate internal hire rates for all Petroserv owned vehicles, plant and equipment.
Develop and maintain vehicle, plant and equipment replacement, depreciation and related policies.
Provide technical support to the Operational Divisions for the hire of external vehicles, plant and equipment.

BUSINESS PROCESS / ADMINISTRATION

Develop, maintain an effective business management system.
Develop and maintain and report on business indicators for the management of this business.
Provide the Operational Divisions with the required levels of support to enable them to operate effectively.
Ensure that the recruitment and selection of operators and drivers is carried out objectively and is based on s and Man Specifications.
Maintain at least 90% average monthly availability on all vehicles, plant and equipment.
Develop and maintain all operator skill levels at the appropriate levels.
Continually be aware of Petroserv?s suite of business portfolio and convey to the appropriate Division of any opportunities that might exist.
