Payroll ControllerJob Location : Doha, QatarExperience :•Minimum 5 years solid work experience as a Payroll Controller.•Preferred: Experience in EPIC, Oil & Gas, Shutdown & Manpower Supply industries.Qualification :•Bachelor’s in Accountancy or Commerce (required).•Master’s in Accountancy or Commerce (preferred).•Languages: English & Hindi (proficient). Arabic is an added advantage.Responsibilities and Requirements :•Ensure timeliness & accuracy of all payroll transactions as per company policies.•Run payroll payments & postings aligned with management approvals.•Resolve discrepancies with retroactive adjustments.•Prepare & submit payroll reports for approvals.•Maintain confidential filing & records in compliance with ISO procedures.•Coordinate with HR & Admin for compensation & benefits, and with Finance for salary disbursement.•Perform UAT for payroll-related HRIS changes.•Check master data entries, payroll results, retro payments & deductions.•Collect & approve timesheets prior to payroll run.•Prepare upload files for payroll ensuring proper approvals.•Promote team spirit & cooperation while supporting other tasks as required.
