Job Description

We are currently seeking a Parts Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry. As a Parts Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling parts and accessories to customers and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and maintaining relationships with existing customers. The successful candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.Interested applicant please submit your CV at careers@shalmana.com Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Responsibilities:

  1. Meet and greet customers.
  2. Check requirement of customer and refer to the catalogue (FAST) for Parts Numbers
  3. Check the availability and generate requisition.
  4. Negotiate, finalize order and invoice parts upon confirmation from customer.
  5. Report PNA cases to Assistant Manager - Sales
  6. In case of branches, plan branch parts inventory as per parts movement.
  7. In case of outdoor sales, visit all customers regularly and ensure daily reporting/ attainment of set objectives.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 2 - 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
  2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  4. Strong customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
  5. Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Parts software
  8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
