Job Description

Looking for a passionate Partnership Manager professional to work with the Senior Partnership Manager to drive Loyalty Programme partnership, revenue and engagement.Partnership Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop strategy for targeting suitable partners and alliances across various partnership verticals.
  • Develop and Evaluate potential partner business case
  • Develop and sell the value proposition and currency of loyalty program to the partners
  • Handle negotiations with current and potential partners with clear definition of scope and deliverables
  • Monitor and maintain the partner obligations outlined in individual contracts
  • Partner agency and vendor management ensuring partner SLAs and KPIs are clearly communicated and adhered
  • Review and agree on the reconciliation of transaction and payments between the client and partners.
  • Develop training material, organize training and provide training information for partners
  • Design promotions and campaigns with partners to increase value
  • Sourcing experiential and money cant buy experiences that generate value add to the member and the loyalty programme
  • Handle communications and communication material with partners and potential partners
  • Create and manage the annual partnership plan across verticals and budget in terms of promotions and communications
  • Manage costing in relation to benefits across tiers
  • Benchmarking and differentiate compared to competition
