Carry out day-to-day operations of the assigned Toll Booths including but not limited to
Explain tariff rates to customers in courteous manner.
Secure entry and exit gates
Collect tolls according to tariff rates using cash
Reconcile cash proceeds and handover to Supervisor at the end of each shift.
Maintain and account for the cash float of the Booth cash box.
Highlight any discrepancies to Shift Supervisor.
Direct traffic during events, emergencies or accidents etc.
Carry out serviceability and functionality tests before the commencement of each shift duty.
Carry out cash transaction and ensure that the parking proceed is accounted for and handed over to the Supervisor at the end of each shift.
Monitor the serviceability of the assigned Toll Booth and to be able to revert the system to manual mode, if system malfunctions; and, to report any defects immediately to supervisor.
Report to Supervisor for any breach of security incident(s) and accident(s), including taking appropriate
