Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Packing Supervisor to oversee and manage the packing operations of our company. As a Packing Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient packaging of products, quality control checks, and adherence to safety regulations. You will also be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of packers to ensure productivity and meet production goals.Job Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate packing operations, ensuring that all orders are packed accurately and efficiently.- Supervise and motivate a team of packers, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that products are packed in accordance with company standards and requirements.- Monitor and maintain stock levels of packaging materials and supplies, reordering as needed.- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, and implement improvements where necessary.- Collaborate with other departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure a seamless flow of products from packing to shipment.- Troubleshoot any packing-related issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize errors and prevent delays.- Maintain accurate records and documentation of packing activities, productivity, and inventory levels.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new packaging technologies.
