Job Description

  1. Staff Management:
  • Hire, train, schedule and supervise the staff
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities
  • Monitor staff performance, provide feedback and coaching
  • Ensure a positive and productive work environment
  • Handle any conflicts or disciplinary issues
  1. Operational Management:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the outlet
  • Ensure that the outlet is clean, organized and well-maintained
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies and manage food and beverage costs
  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  1. Customer Service:
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor customer feedback and make improvements as necessary
  • Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers
  1. Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage the budget for the outlet
  • Monitor revenue and expenses, and make adjustments as necessary
  • Control labor costs and manage inventory levels to maximize profitability
  • Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports for senior management
