Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outdoor Saleswoman to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the outdoor industry. The Saleswoman will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in outdoor retail stores, as well as attending trade shows and events. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong passion for the outdoors.Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain relationships with outdoor retail stores and key decision-makers.
  2. Promote and sell our products to customers in outdoor retail stores.
  3. Attend trade shows and events to showcase our products and generate new leads.
  4. Provide product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries.
  5. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
  6. Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products.
  8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
  9. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints.
  10. Travel to different locations within Qatar as required.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the outdoor FMCG industry.
  2. Should have a Valid Qatar Driving License
  3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  6. Passionate about outdoor activities and knowledgeable about outdoor products.
  7. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  8. Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment..
  10. Fluent in English, Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
