Visiting new and existing customers in SOHO Starlink customer base, providing them Ooredoo telecom and ICT solutions and achieving set revenue targets
Make weekly forecast against the revenue target set for the month, as per the pipeline built achieve the numbers by end of the week.
Building good relationship with customers for recurring business and reduce churn to maintain a healthy recurring revenue for the SOHO Starlink customer base.
Maintaining SFA and sales reports for the daily visits and business closed on a daily basis and updating team leader accordingly
Follow up with team leader for closure on the request processed
Create ticket for customer issues and follow up with team leader /account support to resolve issues within given SLA to ensure customer satisfaction
