Responsible for the procurement of vehicles / Equipment?s from the suppliers and ensure effective stock levels are maintained based on the sales plan and market demand.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to help develop the sales plan based on product proposal from the suppliers and the current stock availability.
Prepare order plan for the year in line with the sales budget, ensuring safe stock levels are maintained throughout the year.
Effective negotiation with the suppliers to ensure right price with right specs is achieved to have market relevant products.
Help analyze and revisit the Vehicle / Equipment prices on a quarterly basis, using the market intelligence received from the sales team on competition product and prices.
Handle end-to-end procurement process, ensuring full responsibility of the orders. Issuing Purchase order, arrange LC based on terms agreed with supplier, explore freight option, and propose economical solution for the shipment and arrange shipping documents for clearance.ÿ
