Technical Skills:?Implement the required solutions in Oracle SCM and Procurement Modules?Provide expertise in the Oracle Supply Chain area (Sourcing, Purchasing, Inventory, i-procurement, i-Supplier, Procurement Contracts, Service Procurement and SLM) in oracle e-business?Ensure that all integrated solutions are meeting the project objectives.?Convert Business Demand/Requirements to innovative solutions?e-Tender or e-Sourcing implementation or awareness would be an advantage.?Source To Contract and Supplier Relationship Management experience.?Support, maintain, and enhance Oracle SCM/Procurement modules and all related extensions?Continually explore possibilities for new and innovative functionalities/products and adjust as necessary in response to customer feedback.?Make sure that all ongoing changes are not impacting project design principles.?developing and adhering to engagement team project standards to ensure the delivery of quality deliverables.?Assist, coach, and mentor Project team members on issues they may encounter in the design and implementation of solutions.?Government sector implementation experience.?Should have at least 2 full cycle implementations with extensive experience in Oracle SCM.?Should have at least 1 full E2E implementation.?Must be able to communicate fluently in English; written & verbal ? Arabic language is Mandatory.?Able to execute all the project phases in Oracle Unified Methodology?Oracle fusion cloud experience (preferred ).?Certified procurement Cloud would be an advantage.
