Nair Systems is currently looking ORACLE DBA for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.Skills and Experience• Degree in Computer Science or Technical Related Field• 6 years of experience as Oracle DBA or similar role• Experience in Oracle RAC, Dataguard, RMAN,EXADATA,OGG and Engineered systems• Experience in Linux/Unix Operating system.• Database Systems Administration Techniques – understanding of DB Performance tuning on various Operating Systems, good troubleshooting skills, Database Migration techniques• Attention to details and analytical thinking.• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills• Team player• Good time-management skills• Great interpersonal and communication skillsResponsibilities• Install and Upgrade Oracle database and Corresponding Application Tools.• Monitor systems health and performance• Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability and security• Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time• Provide suggestions for solutions• Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes• Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement• Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems• Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after working hoursJoining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)Should you be interested in this opportunity, please send your latest resume in MS Word format at the earliest at nishanthini.suda@nairsystems.com
