Job Description

OverviewOwn, lead and drive the continuous development of Companys best practices to support business sales and operations. This includes:Platform implementation and application support for -

  • oCredit Control Management
  • oNumber Management
  • oGIS integration for geographic customer data
  • oRouting and validation for wired line services
  • oSupply Chain Management
  • oNetwork Inventory Management (NWI for Fixed Routing and Validation)
  • oTreasury operations and collections
  • oPre-activation prepaid
  • oPremium dealers and Mass market sales systems
Technical support for product development business users, including:
  • oSIM lots ordering from Manufactures
  • oSIM quality testing
  • oManage encryption/decryption process for SIM card
  • oLoad & Configure different SIM card types and specifications
  • oHandle new technologies and type of market change. E.g. Nano, Micro...etc
  • oGenerate and validate voucher serial number
Pre-activation & commission system process and sales for Prepaid service
  • oEnsure the availability of sales stock and commissioners
  • oValidate Pre-activation process cycle
  • oQA for delivered batches to market
  • oReconciliation of pre-activated batches among network elements and CRM systems
  • oInterface with live network element to build commission flow for sold services
  • oVoucher tracking and commission system
Network elements and number management systems
  • oManage/ develop number life cycle from generation till recycling
  • oManage / develop ETR modules and access
  • oEnsure network identifiers availability for sales and customer orders
  • oManage availability of network identifiersamong live network elements- switches
  • oHandle network identifiers for IP TV & FTTH products
  • oEnsure consistency between CRM systems and network identifier
  • oDevelop and Configure number portability dependencies
Support treasury operations in
  • oDay to day reconciliation activities among all payment channels
  • oAutomate treasury operations to ensure efficiently
  • oBuild & Customize dashboard reports
  • oCoordinate with third party service providers for collection and payments
  • oCustomizes CRM tool in accordance with process derived specifications and established priorities. Thoroughly tests customization prior to bringing changes in live system .
Development and maintenance including:
  • oTechnical design of new products/ change requests
  • oAll in-house configuration and development of platforms and products/ services
  • oPlatform and applications maintenance/ modifications based on change requests from market-facing BUs
  • oProviding Level 3 customer support (Customer Services call centre being Level 1, NOC within Operations and Maintenance at Level 2, Data Center and Application Platforms Operations within Operations and Maintenance at Level 3).
Critical mass of in-house capabilities for development of effective solution design in line with business requirements, and implementing configuration changes in-house for change requestsAssist BU Requirement Analysis in development and maintenance of service portfolio for all CRM/ OM related services provided by Application Platform Design and DevelopmentEnsure that the CRM & business support applications and platforms are aligned with the overall Technology ArchitectureEnsure compliance of all CRM & Business support applications and platforms with the security and revenue assurance policies and guidelines provided by Service Assurance and Security teamContribute as a subject matter expert in design methodologies and solution architecture from design perspectiveIdentify testing strategies, tools, priorities and metricsEnsure timely monitoring and management of KPIs in order to meet defined targets, and manage timely reporting of KPIs to the next management level
