Job Description

Qualifications:-

  • 7+ years proven experience in retail management at position of Operations Manager.
  • Experience as an Operations Manager for multi-branch operations is highly appreciated.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams.
  • Ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.
  • Financial acumen (budget management, cost optimization).
  • Excellent English language skills (written and verbal).
  • Skilled in MS Office and basic retail management software.
  • Bachelors degree (Business, Retail Management, or related) preferred.
